Use of Your Personal Information

Your email address will be used to contact you about wedding photography packages and sessions. Your email won't be sold, given out, distributed or used inappropriately.  

Use of Images

No licensing fees, no watermarks, no additional fees.

YOU may use the images in whatever way you wish, however if/when posting to social media, please don’t add on a filter. I spend a long time adjusting exposure, brightness and color temperatures on every single image, and adding on a filter can make everything look…well, weird.

Resolute Photography retains the copyrights of your images, and with your permission, can use the images for professional use.

If you’d rather Resolute Photography not use your images, you can purchase the copyright to your images for a fee. This allows you to determine all usage rights.
